This intensive 90-day program is specially designed for early stage companies launching a digital health initiative. The program provides entrepreneurs with accelerated programming for startup business learning along with the tools they need to connect to the extensive California biotech/life sciences community.
Through a series of workshops, events and activities, we will address some of the latency issues around market traction for market entrants. Modeled on a Lean Startup methodology, 90 Days to Beta will take a deep and intensive dive into customer discovery, market validation, creating a value proposition, and identify product ecosystems and workflows. Startups will meet with key decision makers to identify needs, problems and pains. 90 Days will culminate in an industry pitch event.
Each program module will be taught by an industry expert. Each team will be paired with a domain experience mentor uniquely matched to the startup.
